- We are not responsible for damages caused by you, the carrier, or anyone else after your package leaves our facility.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You will need to contact the carrier for more information.
- Please request and review sizing charts to determine the best size for you. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and matching them to the chart. Sizes may run small (especially on dresses), so please measure carefully. If you are unsure which size to order, we recommend ordering the larger size. Alterations may be necessary for a perfect fit.
- Merchandise will fit each person differently. We are not responsible for how the merchandise fits you.
- If you are between sizes, it is better to order the larger size. Alterations are always recommended for formal wear.
- We do not provide alterations.It is your responsibility to order the correct size, color, and style. Please note that all dresses come in one standard length and colors may vary slightly due to dye lots, lighting, and fabric.
- You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order. If your items are out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
- If your order includes a complimentary gift, please keep it in its original packaging until your event. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or damaged jewelry/accessories.
