Please note that due to the special nature of formalwear, all dresses, suits, tuxedos, and accessories purchased from us are considered final sales. This means that once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, credited, or canceled. This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand new, unworn item that has never been tried on or altered.

We understand this may differ from other retailers' policies, but we prioritize the highest standards of quality and hygiene for our products. Each item is meticulously inspected before shipment to guarantee its pristine condition. This commitment allows us to provide our customers with the confidence and peace of mind they deserve when making such a special purchase.

In addition, by booking a virtual appointment, you secure exclusive access to the service provider's expertise and time. Therefore, all confirmed appointments are non-refundable.

1. Orders

• All dresses, suits, and tuxedos are specially ordered for you, so all sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, store credit, or cancellations.
• We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure you receive a brand new, flawless product.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by you, the carrier, or anyone else after your package leaves our facility.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You will need to contact the carrier for more information.
• Please request and review sizing charts to determine the best size for you. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and matching them to the chart. Sizes may run small (especially on dresses), so please measure carefully. If you are unsure which size to order, we recommend ordering the larger size. Alterations may be necessary for a perfect fit. 
• Merchandise will fit each person differently. We are not responsible for how the merchandise fits you.
• If you are between sizes, it is better to order the larger size. Alterations are always recommended for formal wear.
• We do not provide alterations.It is your responsibility to order the correct size, color, and style. Please note that all dresses come in one standard length and colors may vary slightly due to dye lots, lighting, and fabric.
• You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order. If your items are out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
• If your order includes a complimentary gift, please keep it in its original packaging until your event. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or damaged jewelry/accessories.

2. Payments:

• All prices are listed in USD Currency and are subject to change.
• We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard etc.)
• Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
• We respect and protect your privacy. All transactions are secure.

3. Shipping & Delivery:

• Shipping costs may vary depending on location and order weight but is typically a flat rate.
• We aim to ship within 7 business days of your order.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors like holidays, inclement weather, or carrier delays.
• You can track your order with the tracking number provided.
• Due to the handcrafted nature of certain styles, their availability for immediate shipping may be limited. Should your chosen item require additional production time, we will promptly contact you with an estimated fulfillment timeframe. Should alternative sizes or colors be readily available, we will gladly offer them as substitutes to expedite your order.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

• All sales are final. Due to the special nature of formalwear, all dresses, suits, tuxedos, and accessories purchased from us are considered final sales. This means that once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, credited, or canceled.

5. Modifications & Cancellations:

• Modifications to orders can be made within 24 hours of order purchase.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of order purchase is fully refunded. Cancellations after 24 hours of order purchase are not refundable.

• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.
