Shipping Timeframes:

• Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS and should arrive in 10-16 business days if shipped within the United States of America. A signature maybe required to receive your package.
• Express shipping is available and will arrive in 5-9 business days.
• We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates:

• Domestic Standard Shipping: $9.99
• Domestic Express Shipping: $29.99
• International Shipping: $49.99

Tracking Information:

• You'll receive tracking details on the day your order ships.
• Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
• During holidays, tracking updates may be delayed.

Address Errors:

• Contact us ASAP if you notice an address error in your confirmation email.
• Once shipped, we can't change addresses. Contact UPS or USPS for any adjustments.
• If the tracking says "delivered" but you haven't received your package, contact your local post office.
• If packages are returned to us for incorrect address entry, shipping fees will reapply.

• Please review your order carefully before submitting. We are not responsible for incorrect orders.
• Due to the handcrafted nature of certain styles, their availability for immediate shipping may be limited. Should your chosen item require additional production time, we will promptly contact you with an estimated fulfillment timeframe. Should alternative sizes or colors be readily available, we will gladly offer them as substitutes to expedite your order. We can only ship to the address you provide at checkout.
• We're not responsible for delays caused by couriers or weather.
• International customers are responsible for any additional shipping or customs charges.
• Reshipment fees apply for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
